We are seeking an organised and motivated Customer Service & Purchasing Officer to join our growing beverage manufacturing business.
Working closely with the Partnership & Liaison Manager , you will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations through local procurement, customer service, and administration. This is a diverse role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage local procurement and supplier relationships
- Process purchase orders and coordinate deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Data entry and maintenance of company records
- Process invoicing and related documentation
- Receive and reconcile incoming raw materials and ingredients
- Liaise with internal departments to support production requirements
- General administration and office support duties
About You
- Previous experience in customer service, purchasing, administration, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience within manufacturing, food, or beverage industries will be highly regarded
