About You

You are an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology. - Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical delivery teams.
- Knowledge of system integration concepts, APIs, data flows, and enterprise application environments.
- Ability to analyse complex business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and support solution design and implementation.
- Experience supporting solution testing, business readiness activities, and successful adoption of technology outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build productive relationships across business and technology teams.

Advantageous

- Experience working within large enterprise environments delivering complex technology programs.
- Knowledge of cloud‑based platforms, modern software architectures,

and digital product delivery practices.
- Experience working closely with software engineering, architecture, UX, and product management teams.

Qualifications
