Swoop Telecommunications is seeking a Senior Credit Collections Officer for its Brisbane office. You will report to the Senior Manager, Revenue & Collections and protect revenue, reduce credit risk, and resolve complex customer account matters.
You will manage complex collections, investigate disputed balances, negotiate settlements, and build robust relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive performance improvements.
