Randstad is partnering with a leading manufacturing client in Melbourne's Northern suburbs to hire a Maintenance Engineer who will play a pivotal role in maintaining plant availability.
You will lead trade teams including fitters and electricians, plan and implement preventative maintenance, read technical drawings, troubleshoot faults, and drive safety and quality across the site to maximise uptime. The role requires robust problem solving, good communication, and flexibility for shift work.
