Valora Childcare Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to develop new business relationships with childcare centres across NSW. This is a remote, commission-only independent contractor opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
Key responsibilities
Identify and contact childcare centres requiring casual staffing or permanent recruitment support
Build relationships with centre directors and decision-makers
Generate leads, arrange meetings and secure new client agreements
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and client progress
Support ongoing relationships with newly acquired clients
About you
Previous experience in recruitment, business development or agency sales
Strong preference for childcare recruitment experience and existing industry connections
Proven ability to win recent clients and generate business
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
