Genea is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our Australia-wide team on a full-time basis. You will own non-clinical aspects of patients' treatment, personalize care and support their fertility journey.
As the main point of contact, you will onboard recent patients, coordinate appointments, answer questions and maintain accurate records in our systems, contributing to exceptional patient experience and loyalty.
