We pride ourselves on creating a supportive setting for students, staff and families, and on delivering high-quality administrative and operational support that helps our school thrive.The administration team plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the college and in providing responsive, professional support to students, parents, carers and staff.Your opportunity:As the Administration Officer (Enrolments and Accounts Receivable) you will provide high-quality administrative and financial support to the college, with a particular focus on student enrolments and accounts receivable processes.You will be responsible for delivering efficient and accurate administrative services, maintaining student and financial records, and providing a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to work effectively in a busy school environment.Responsibilities:Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:process student enrolment applications and associated documentation in accordance with departmental policies and school proceduresmaintain accurate student records and ensure enrolment information is entered and updated in relevant departmental systemsprovide timely and professional advice and assistance to parents, carers, students, staff and community members regarding enrolment and administrative mattersundertake accounts receivable functions, including preparing invoices, receipting payments, issuing statements and monitoring outstanding accountsfollow up overdue accounts in accordance with departmental policies,
procedures and school processesassist with financial administration, reconciliations and recordkeeping to support the effective operation of the schoolmaintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, procedures and standardscontribute positively to a collaborative team environment and support school priorities and operational requirements.Please refer to the Role Description for a full list of responsibilities.About you:The ideal applicant will demonstrate:experience in administration, enrolments and/or accounts receivable functionsstrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritieshigh attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, financial processing and recordkeepingwell-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focusthe ability to work both independently and as part of a teamsound judgement, discretion and a commitment to confidentialitythe ability to use administrative and financial systems effectively, including Microsoft Office applicationsexperience using Microsoft Office and OneSchool Finance, or the ability to quickly learnInterested?
