Gamuda Australia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator & Site Administrator to join our Westmead Station project team.

This is a hands-on site-based role responsible for coordinating deliveries, materials, plant, cranage, waste and site access, while also providing administration support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily site logistics and delivery bookings through Veyor.

Manage deliveries, material transfers, inventory and stock records.

Coordinate plant, heavy vehicles, traffic and site access requirements.

Apply day-to-day Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.

Maintain delivery, waste, inventory and project records.

Support site onboarding, inductions, PPE, procurement and general administration.

Prepare basic logistics reports and coordinate site meetings.

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced construction environment.

You will ideally have:





2+ years' experience in logistics, supply chain, site administration or construction.

Experience coordinating deliveries, materials or site logistics.

Good Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills.

Robust attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

The ability to communicate confidently with suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.

A current White Card and driver's licence.

Forklift licence and CoR/HVNL experience are desirable.

Training will be provided on project systems including Veyor and 3DS.
