Diageo is seeking a Bundaberg Distillation Manager to lead the safe, compliant and efficient operation of Bundaberg Rum's distillation process in Australia. You will ensure the right volume and quality of spirit while supporting production and maturation, reporting to senior operations leadership.
As a key operations leader, you will drive continuous improvement, partner with Maturation, Planning, Quality and Engineering teams, and develop a high-performing team for long-term growth opportunities.
