Infinite Aged Care (Tweed) is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor to join our Tweed facility on a full time, Monday to Friday schedule. You will oversee the clinical care team, develop care plans, and support staff to deliver high-quality, resident-centred care.
