Site Manager

- Provide overall leadership and direction across all site operations, including catering, accommodation, cleaning, and facilities
- Deliver commercial outcomes,



including budget management, cost control, and financial reporting
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships and act as the key point of contact on site
- Lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams, driving engagement, capability, and retention
- Ensure full compliance with contractual, safety (HSEQ), and regulatory requirements
- Oversee workforce planning, rostering, and operational efficiencies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with service excellence
- Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operational leadership and site performance
- Coordinate teams across departments to ensure consistent service delivery standards
- Assist with budget tracking, reporting, and cost optimisation
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food safety (HACCP) standards
- Act as a key escalation point for operational matters and support stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to workforce planning, onboarding, and team development
