Nido Early School Lakelands East is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our 92 place service with 6 rooms and 3 outdoor play areas. You will drive high-quality learning, mentor a diverse team, and oversee operations and family communication across Story Park.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor in Early Childhood Education, 2+ years leadership experience, and relevant checks. A robust growth mindset and commitment to child safety are essential.
