This temporary full-time role (38 hours/week) sits within the Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network and focuses on facilitating post-release continuity of care for patients with substance use and mental health needs.

Salary ranges from A$121,568 to A$125,507 plus super, with opportunities for career development.
