About the Role

- Working both autonomously and collaboratively within a tight-knit team of four, you will price a diverse portfolio of recent build Industrial Projects to first principles on Warehouses, Storage Facilities, Car showrooms and large Retail Outlets.
- Prepare accurate first-principles estimates for projects ranging from $1M to $100M.
- Work closely with the other Estimators to execute competitive tender strategies.
- Maintain effective daily communication and seamlessly hand over winning tender strategies to site teams.
- Utilize local market knowledge to negotiate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.
