Our client is a well-established electrical contractor delivering complex commercial, infrastructure and industrial projects across Queensland. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they are seeking an experienced BIM Manager/Lead to drive digital engineering and BIM delivery across multiple major projects.

The Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for the development and management of BIM standards, workflows and project delivery processes across the business.

Working alongside project managers, engineers, estimators and delivery teams, you will take ownership of BIM strategy while ensuring high-quality model coordination and digital project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead BIM strategy, standards and implementation across multiple projects.
- Manage and coordinate project models throughout the design and construction lifecycle.
- Conduct clash detection, model reviews and coordination workshops.
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to BIM and drafting personnel.
- Drive continuous improvement of digital engineering processes and systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.




- Ensure compliance with client requirements, standards and project specifications.

About You

- Proven experience as a BIM Lead, BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator.
- Advanced proficiency with Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
- Experience working within construction, building services, infrastructure or electrical contracting environments.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, coordination processes and industry standards.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- The ability to lead, mentor and develop technical teams.
