Project Supervisor – Rendering & Cladding

Chad Group is a long-standing, fast-growing business specialising in high-quality rendering, cladding and plastering solutions across both residential and commercial sectors.

Based in Hallam, we’re continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Project Supervisor – Rendering & Cladding to join our established team.

The Position

This is an additional position created through continued business growth . You’ll work alongside our existing Project Supervisor for Rendering & Cladding, with the support of an established team and systems already in place. We also have a dedicated Project Supervisor overseeing our Plastering division.

The role focuses on the day-to-day supervision and delivery of rendering and cladding projects, with particular experience in Hebel, Poly systems and acrylic rendering .

You’ll also oversee a wide range of cladding systems, including fibre cement products such as Matrix, Barestone, Equitone, Axon, Stria and Easylap, as well as aluminium systems including solid aluminium panels, standing seam systems and batten screens.

At Chad Group, if it involves rendering, cladding or plastering — we quote it, supply it and install it with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily site visits across multiple worksites to supervise trade teams and ensure quality workmanship and efficient workflow
- Coordinate the timely delivery of materials to multiple project sites
- Build and maintain robust relationships with builders, site managers, clients and contractors
- Attend and positively contribute to site meetings
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage any issues that arise on site
- Complete project administration,



including progress claims and invoicing for completed work
- Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality, time and safety standards
- Uphold safety standards and ensure strict compliance with OHS requirements

About You

We’re looking for someone with a proactive and professional attitude, strong leadership skills and solid industry experience.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

- Proven rendering and cladding experience — this is essential
- Strong knowledge of rendering and cladding systems and installation processes
- Proven experience supervising construction projects and trade teams
- Full Australian working rights
- A valid driver’s licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple sites
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently while being part of an established team
- A professional approach and the ability to represent Chad Group positively with builders, clients and contractors
