Texel Air Australasia is inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Captains to take a leadership role in our Darwin-based B737NG cargo operation. What you’ll do
- Assume full command and responsibility for the safe, efficient operation of every flight.
- Lead by example so service standards consistently exceed expectations.
- Execute all duties in accordance with company Operations Manuals with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain schedule integrity while upholding the highest safety standards.
- Apply advanced NTS to foster teamwork and operational success.
What you’ll bring

- Willingness to reside in,
or relocate permanently to, Darwin.
Minimum qualifications & hours
- License: Current ATPL issued by the Recent Zealand Civil Aviation Authority or the Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Australia, with eligibility for a NZ ATPL under the TTMRA.
- Type Rating: Current Boeing 737NG (specifically not the 737 MAX), with recent experience on type within the last five years.
- Flight Time:
- 6,000 hours total time.
- 3,000 hours on multi-pilot aircraft (MPA).
- EITHER 1,000 hours PIC on B737NG OR 2,000 hours PIC on types over 50 tonnes MTOW.
