- Quality & Licensing Standards - Ensure compliance with company and AQIS licensing requirements.

- Workplace Health & Safety - Maintain & promote safe work practices.

- Team Supervision & Training - Lead, mentor & train QA & production staff.

- Integrated Management System - Implement & maintain the IMS across the site.

- Hygiene & Sanitation - Oversee production hygiene & sanitation compliance.

- Process Monitoring - Ensure processes meet regulatory & customer requirements.

- Product Conformance - Compliance with AUS-MEAT & customer specifications.

- AQIS Compliance - Ensure all AQIS requirements are met & maintained.

- TFIB Standards - Uphold TFIB Quality Systems, HACCP, GMP, IMS, Environmental Management, & training programs.

Experience & Qualifications

We're looking for someone who brings:

- Experience in the meat or food processing industry

- Knowledge of AUS-MEAT specification standards

- Certificate III in Meat Processing or equivalent

- Understanding of the Meat Hygiene Assessment framework
