Your Day-to-Day:
- Manage a small portfolio of industrial and retail properties
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and property requirements
- Conduct property inspections and ensure assets are well maintained
- Manage lease-related matters and tenant communication
- Assist with leasing activity and upcoming vacancies
- Work closely with the wider commercial team
- Identify opportunities for new business and portfolio growth
About You
- 1–2+ years’ experience in commercial or industrial property management preferred
- Experienced Residential Property Managers looking to transition into commercial are encouraged to apply
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Confident communicator with clients, landlords and tenants
- Comfortable taking ownership of a portfolio
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
