About the Role:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an Asset Manager Strategy, to join our Engineering and Building Services team.
The Asset Manager Strategy, develops and implements a range of business improvements and provides technical and procedural advice specific to health stakeholders and contractors in the performance of their asset management responsibilities within a complex health service. In particular responsibility for asset management planning, condition asset reporting, development of an asset information system, development and delivery of minor works projects is required.
In this role, you will oversee asset management operations ensuring our facilities remain secure, functional, and efficient for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- oversee contractor services and ensure compliance with safety standards
- monitor asset performance and recommend improvements
- maintain accurate records and reporting systems
- collaborate with clinical and support teams to minimise service disruptions
The Asset Manager Strategy, will manage the business relationships between the health unit and the AGFMA service provider to that location.
About You:
To excel in this role you will possess demonstrated and extensive experience in maintenance coordination and asset management in a complex health organisation. Strong communication and organisational skills, capability to build and maintain effective working relationships and proven problem solving, decision making, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills are essential in this role.
