About the role

You'llprovide essential, practical care for older people, supporting them to live independently in their own homes and genuinely improving their quality of life. This includes not onlyday todaycare but also building meaningful relationships and offering companionship. The role requires travel to clients’ homes using your own car (you'llbe paid $0.99 per km plus paid travel time).

In return for yourexpertise, we offer:

- $32.91 to $36.50 per hour plus 99c/km + paid travel time + mobile phone provided

About you

- You’rea people-person who is patient and solutions-focused
- You havepreviousexperience in aged or community care, or are looking to start your career in aged care
- You have a valid Driver’s Licence and access to an insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance)
- Ideally,you'llhave a Certificate
