Customer Service Officer Hawthorne | Permanent

We’re looking for an efficient, capable Customer Service Officer who thrives in a busy environment and provides an exceptional experience for clients and their families.

The role:

You’ll be one of the first points of contact for new clients, supporting them from their initial enquiry through to a signed service agreement.

There’s no cold calling. You’ll be working with warm inbound enquiries and managing a mix of phone, email, text and administration.

- Respond to new client enquiries
- Explain services and answer questions
- Follow up referrals, documentation and service agreements
- Keep clients moving efficiently through the onboarding process
- Coordinate appointments and support therapist scheduling
- Maintain accurate information across HubSpot and other systems
- Manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

About you:

We’re open on background and happy to train the right person.



You might already work in customer service or administration, or come from a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.

You’ll be:

- Efficient and highly organised
- Confident and personable with clients
- Quick to learn new systems
- Robust across written and verbal communication
- Proactive with follow-up
- Comfortable working at pace and switching between priorities
- A genuine team player who is happy to jump in and support others

What’s on offer:

- Permanent opportunity with an immediate start
- Full-time preferred, however a four-day week could be considered for the right person
- Office-based initially, with the opportunity to work from home 1–2 days per week once established
- Full training and support provided
