We are a new premium seafood retail store in Armstrong Creek, committed to providing high-quality fresh Australian seafood and outstanding customer service. We are looking for an experienced Fishmonger / Seafood Filleter to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Fillet and prepare a variety of fresh fish to a high standard.
- Skin, trim and portion fish accurately.
- Assist customers with seafood selection and cooking advice.
- Maintain a clean, secure and hygienic workstation and display areas.
- Handle and store seafood products in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Accurately weigh, price and pack seafood products for customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service to all customers.
About You
- Previous experience as a Fishmonger or Seafood Filleter is essential.
- Excellent knife skills and seafood preparation experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Friendly, reliable and customer-focused.
- Knowledge of Australian seafood species is highly regarded.
