We are seeking a friendly, reliable All-Rounder / Barista to join our cafe team. The role involves preparing quality coffee, serving customers, assisting with light cooking and maintaining a clean, welcoming workplace.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
Take customer orders and process cash and EFTPOS payments
Prepare light meals, sandwiches, toasties and other cafe food
Maintain high standards of food presentation, hygiene and safety
Keep the coffee station, kitchen and customer areas clean and tidy
Wash dishes and restock supplies
Work collaboratively as part of a small team
About you
Friendly, approachable and customer focused
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Confident preparing coffee, or willing to learn
Comfortable with light cooking and food preparation
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive, flexible and willing to assist with general cafe duties
