We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated cleaner and organiser to join our team on a permanent part time basis.

Key Responsibilities





- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the service.
- Cleaning classrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, staff areas and common spaces.
- Regularly cleaning and sanitising high-touch surfaces, toys and equipment.
- Ensuring cleaning products and supplies are safely stored and maintained.
- Restocking cleaning, kitchen and general supplies as required.
- Keeping storage areas, cupboards and resources organised and tidy.
- Assisting with general organisation of the service, including sorting, arranging and maintaining resources and equipment.
- Identifying areas requiring cleaning, maintenance or additional organisation and reporting these to management.
- Following the service’s health, safety, hygiene and infection‑control procedures.
- Working respectfully around children, families and educators and contributing to a positive service environment.

About You

- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Valid Working with children's check.
- Valid Police Check
- Well organised with good attention to detail.
- Takes pride in maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming setting.
- Comfortable working in a busy early childhood setting.
- Understands the importance of hygiene, safety and confidentiality.
- Previous cleaning or experience in an early childhood environment is desirable.
