As part of our reception and administration team, you will be one of the first points of contact for our patients and will help keep our busy specialist practice running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Greeting patients and assisting them in a friendly and professional manner

Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to enquiries

Making and managing patient appointments

Assisting with general reception and administrative duties

Data entry and maintaining accurate patient information

Managing correspondence and documents

Working with doctors and other members of our administration team

Learning and using our practice management and office systems

Helping with other administrative tasks as required

About you

Friendly, approachable and comfortable speaking with people of all ages





Confident and polite on the phone

A clear communicator with valuable written and verbal skills

Organised and able to manage several tasks at once

Reliable, punctual and willing to learn

Comfortable using computers and able to learn new systems

Careful and accurate, with good attention to detail

Able to work well as part of a team

Full-time, Monday-to-Friday position

Full training - no previous medical experience required
