Wellways Australia Limited invites applications for an Intake Worker to join the Connected Care team in Southern Tasmania. You will be the first point of contact for people accessing services, supporting intake, screening and assessment to match appropriate levels of care.

You will work with multidisciplinary staff while prioritising recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practice, cultural safety and coordinated outcomes.
