About the roleTemporary part time prospect to be part of the Plaster Service team within Redcliffe Hospital delivering an effective, efficient and high-quality service for our clients across the Specialist Outpatients Department, Emergency Department and in-patients units.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:Provide clinical assessment and appropriate decision making in the management of orthopaedic patients including application, removal and review of plaster and synthetic casts, splints and orthopaedic appliances under the direction of the Medical Officer or Allied Health professional.Deliver high-quality patient care and education, helping patients understand their treatment and recovery journey.Build your expertise through ongoing in-service education, mandatory training and nationally recognised orthopaedic technology development pathways.Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.Work within a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to clinical excellence,
