ProQuest Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Voice Picker / High Reach Forklift operator to join a well-established national business located in Dandenong South .
This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse operator with strong High Reach forklift experience, proven voice-picking skills, good computer skills and excellent attention to detail .
We're looking for someone who is confident using warehouse technology, accurate with picking and stock movements, and able to work safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
About the Role Working within a busy warehouse environment, you will be responsible for accurately picking, replenishing and moving stock while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy and productivity.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Voice picking orders accurately and efficiently
- Operating High Reach forklifts to move and replenish stock
- Putaways and replenishment using High Reach forklifts
- Retrieving stock from racking
- Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
- Using warehouse systems and technology to complete daily tasks
- Entering and checking information accurately on computer systems
- Moving pallets and stock throughout the warehouse
- Loading and unloading trucks as required
- Completing general warehouse and manual handling duties
- Checking stock and ensuring orders are picked accurately
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
- Working closely with supervisors and the wider warehouse team
- Following all site safety and operational procedures
Strong Voice Picking & High Reach Experience Essential We're looking for someone who has genuine hands-on experience with both voice picking and High Reach forklift operation and is comfortable working with computers and warehouse systems.
The right person will:
- Have strong High Reach forklift experience
- Have previous voice-picking experience
- Hold a current LF Forklift Licence
- Have good computer skills and be comfortable learning warehouse systems
- Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Be confident working at height and around warehouse racking
- Have experience with putaways and stock replenishment
- Be accurate and productive when voice picking orders
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Have solid warehouse experience
- Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Take safety seriously
- Be reliable, punctual and consistent
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Work well as part of a team
- Be willing to assist with general warehouse duties when required

To Be Successful, You'll Have:
- Current Australian LF Forklift Licence
- Strong High Reach forklift experience – essential
- Previous voice-picking experience – essential
- Good computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid warehouse experience
- Experience working with racking and stock replenishment
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety
- Reliable transport
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to complete a police check
- Availability to work 7:00am–3:00pm Monday–Friday
- Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
