Position Purpose:

RPM Group is a national property firm. Our Queensland & NSW Transactions & Advisory (T&A;) team leads development site and commercial transactions across all sectors.

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator supports the T&A; team by managing sales administration, marketing coordination, and CRM data integrity. The role ensures the smooth execution of sales and marketing campaigns, accurate reporting, and effective stakeholder communication.

This is a genuine entry point into the property industry. No prior real estate or development experience is required, just strong organisation, attention to detail, and an interest in marketing.

Work Arrangements:

- Offered flexibly, from 3 days a week through to a full-time position, depending on what suits the right candidate.
- Ideal for a late-stage university student balancing study, a recent marketing graduate starting their career or a well experienced marketing / administrative professional looking to taper down.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Ideally currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Not a requirement.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines at once.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning new systems, including CRM platforms such as Rex or Salesforce.
- Keen to build a long-term career, with genuine scope to grow into a range of pathways across the business.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Maintain and update CRM (Rex/Salesforce) with accurate information.
- Track and report on sales enquiries, leads and campaign performance.
- Support the creation and management of sales authorities, liaising with legal where required.

2. Advertising Budget & Campaign Management





- Assist in preparing advertising budgets and monitoring campaign expenditures.
- Compile and distribute weekly purchaser reports and campaign performance updates.

3. Team Coordination & Support

- Assist director with diary management and meeting co-ordination.
- Attend and document sales meetings, distributing minutes and action points.

4. Internal Communication & Collaboration

- Support the T&A; team by ensuring smooth coordination of marketing and sales activities.
- Act as a central liaison between sales, marketing, and external vendors.

5. Internal & External Relationship Management

- Act as the main point of contact for T&A; department marketing initiatives.
- Liaise with RPM Marketing for campaign planning, EDM scheduling, and submissions.

6. Marketing & Advertising Coordination

- Review and proofread marketing materials, ensuring approvals from key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, and digital advertisers.
- Manage advertising bookings, ensuring all deadlines for artwork and placements are met.

7. CRM & Database Management

- Maintain the T&A; vendor and purchaser databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Oversee CRM data management, ensuring consistency in reporting and record-keeping.
- Generate and compile marketing and sales reports, including campaign performance insights.
- Track and analyse EDM engagement metrics, providing performance insights.

9. Process & Campaign Coordination

- Ensure all sales and marketing submission deadlines are met and communicated effectively.
- Monitor and manage marketing schedules to avoid campaign overlaps.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to refine campaign approaches.

11. Process Improvement & Innovation

- Identify opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness and database management.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to improve processes, creating efficiencies and innovation.
- Support the implementation of innovative sales and marketing strategies.
