Yachtshare is one of Queensland’s leading luxury boat syndication businesses, managing a growing fleet of sailing yachts, catamarans and luxury motor cruisers from our base at the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron in Manly.
We pride ourselves on providing our owners with a true walk-on, walk-off boating experience — and the presentation of our vessels is a critical part of that promise.
We are looking for a hands-on, highly organised Vessel Presentation & Cleaning Supervisor to lead and manage our cleaning team and take responsibility for ensuring our fleet is presented to an exceptional standard.
The Role
This is not just a cleaning position. You will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day cleaning and presentation of 15+ vessels , managing the team and ensuring every boat is ready for our owners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Rostering and coordinating our cleaning team
- Recruiting new team members as required
- Training, supervising and supporting cleaning staff
- Managing daily cleaning operations across 15+ vessels
- Inspecting completed work and maintaining presentation standards
- Prioritising workloads around vessel usage and turnaround requirements
- Identifying and reporting presentation, maintenance or stock issues
- Working closely with Yachtshare’s operations team
- Stepping in and assisting the team when required
Hours
This is a permanent part-time position of a minimum 25 hours per week , predominantly 6:00am–11:00am .
For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity for the position to develop into a full time role as Yachtshare continues to grow.
About You

- Has an exceptional eye for detail
- Takes pride in delivering a consistently high standard
- Can manage multiple priorities in a busy operational environment
- Communicates well and works as part of a close-knit team
- Is comfortable being hands-on when needed
- Can work independently and take ownership of their area
- Has previous supervisory, housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality experience
- Previous experience working on boats, yachts or within the marine industry would be highly regarded.
- This could particularly suit someone from a marine, yacht charter, luxury accommodation, hotel housekeeping or high-end hospitality background who understands that attention to detail makes all the difference.
Based at the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron in Manly , Yachtshare provides fractional boat ownership with a professionally managed, walk-on/walk-off experience.
