Key responsibilities:

- Assist residents with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility and transfer assistance in accordance with safe work practices.
- Support residents with meals and hydration as required.
- Monitor resident wellbeing and promptly report any changes in condition to the Registered Nurse.
- Respond to resident needs throughout the night in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
- Follow individual care plans to ensure residents receive person-centred care.
- Accurately document care provided and communicate effectively during handovers.

Your Skills & Experience

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing)



or equivalent qualification.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience in aged care or a similar care workplace (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to provide respectful, person-centred care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently during night shifts.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
