Bartender – Palomas & Hopscotch Bar
Palomas Bar is looking for an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our team.
We’re after someone who is confident behind the bar, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys providing great service. Experience with cocktails and high-volume hospitality is preferred, but we’re also happy to hear from people with a strong attitude who are keen to learn.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine and spirits
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Restocking and assisting with bar setup and close-down
- Following responsible service of alcohol requirements
- Working closely with the floor, bar and management teams
- Maintaining consistency and presentation across all drinks
What We’re Looking For
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience
- A valid ACT RSA
- Confidence working in a busy bar setting
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Availability across evenings and weekends
- Cocktail experience is highly regarded
