We welcome applications from Pharmacy Retail Managers, experienced Store Managers and qualified Senior Pharmacy Assistants with the skills and confidence to lead a team.
Working closely with the Pharmacy Manager and Owner, you’ll take responsibility for front-of-shop operations, creating a welcoming customer experience and helping the team achieve strong retail results.
- Lead, roster, coach and develop the retail team
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns with care
- Manage stock, ordering, pricing, merchandising and promotions
- Monitor sales and wage costs, identifying opportunities to improve performance
- Promote pharmacy services and loyalty programs
- Keep the store safe, organised and operating smoothly
Who We’re Looking For
You might already be a Retail Manager, or you may be a Senior Pharmacy Assistant who’s been coordinating staff, supporting daily operations and is ready for the next step.
You’ll bring:
- Retail management, supervisory or senior pharmacy assistant experience
- Community pharmacy qualifications (if applying as a senior assistant)
- Solid communication, customer service and leadership skills
- Confidence with stock control, merchandising and POS systems
- A practical, hands‑on approach and a genuine care for customers
