Redcape Hospitality is looking for two Assistant Managers to join The Criterion Hotel in Sydney CBD.

You'll work alongside the Venue Manager across bar, bistro, gaming and accommodation. Bring your love of hospitality and a hands-on approach to supporting your team and making guests feel welcome.

What you'll do

- Lead your team to create extraordinary guest experiences

- Take responsibility for venue operations as Manager on Duty

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service

- Coach your team to feel confident in their roles, proud of their work and inspired to grow

- Complete cash handling, reconciliations and daily reporting

- Uphold responsible service, gaming and workplace safety standards





What we're looking for

- A supervisor ready to step up—or an experienced manager ready to make their next move count

- A hospitality professional driven to learn, grow and advance their career

- A passion for outstanding service and bringing out the best in your team

- Strong food and beverage knowledge, with hands-on gaming experience essential

- Availability for a mix of opens, mids and closes, including weekends and public holidays

- Current RSA, RCG and ARCG, or willingness to obtain
