About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be currently working towards a Diploma.
- A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), including the National Regulations, National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and care.
- Experience in planning, implementing and evaluating high-quality educational programs.
- A strong commitment to child safety, wellbeing and high-quality early learning.
- The ability to build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
