The role currently includes responsibility for independently preparing and cooking breakfast on Wednesdays, with kitchen and guest-service duties on other rostered days. The hotel also hosts occasional functions for wedding groups and other guests on its outdoor terrace, which may provide additional late-afternoon or evening shifts, typically around 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
