The Contractor & Administration Officer, Campus Support Services, reports to the Campus Maintenance Coordinator. The role is responsible for coordinating external contractors engaged to undertake maintenance activities on behalf of the Building Engineering and Maintenance Services (BEMS) team and support the financial day to day processes to ensure high quality service delivery to contractors, staff, and tenants of the Coopers Plains campus as well as assisting the BEMS team with administration tasks.

The essential requirements for this role are;

- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, utilise discretion, meet deadline, establish and work effectively to successfully contribute to organisation and team objectives.
- Demonstrated high level organisational skills in demonstrating a hands-on, solution-orientated approach to addressing issues that arise on a multidisciplinary campus, with competing demands and deadlines.
- Ability to acquire knowledge of statutory Acts, Regulations, Standards and policies relevant to contractor management and financial processes.
- Demonstrated experience in contractor coordination, finance, asset management and use of maintenance systems (CMMS or SAP/S4Hana).
