Pembrook Homes Pty. in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Customer Care & Warranty Coordinator for a multi-unit development.

You will manage warranty claims from clients, coordinate with maintenance trades, and ensure timely resolution, reporting to the Maintenance and Quality Assurance Manager. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5:00pm, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and explicit communication with clients, real-estate agents and insurers.
