La Piazza in South West Sydney is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a section in a busy, high-volume kitchen. You will prepare and present dishes to the highest standard, collaborate with the team and ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed.
You should bring 2–3 years of Chef de Partie experience, relevant commercial cookery qualifications and a robust work ethic. A rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays is expected.
