What You’ll Be Doing

- Sell a wide range of premium aftermarket products including paint and interior protection, window tint, electronics, protection packs, and more
- Engage with customers post-sale to educate, build trust, and provide tailored aftercare solutions
- Be the face of the car care department offering expert advice and ensuring every buyer feels confident and protected
- Manage your own profit centre: achievable goals, KPIs to drive your success
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers and maximise conversion opportunities




- Maintain accurate records and use CRM tools to deliver a premium experience

What You’ll Bring

- 3+ years’ experience in automotive aftermarket or dealership car care (preferred)
- Proven consultative sales skills both face-to-face and over the phone
- Strong product knowledge and ability to explain value with clarity
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-volume dealership
- Impeccable presentation, attention to detail, and customer-first attitude
