Sprintr is seeking an Event Operations & Onsite specialist to support the delivery of business event technology solutions, including attendee registration, badge printing, onsite check-in, and self-service kiosk systems, for conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events across Australia and Asia-Pacific.
In this role, you will work closely with our Project Management team to configure and deploy event technology, prepare equipment, and support seamless onsite delivery. You'll build hands-on experience with leading platforms including EventsAir, Cvent, and Entegy, working end-to-end from warehouse preparation through to being onsite at business events.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of live events and wants to deepen their expertise in event technology and project delivery.
Operations & Onsite – Event Technology

About you and this new opportunity
You will support the delivery of event technology projects from the warehouse through to onsite execution, working alongside our Project Management team.
This role combines event coordination, technology setup, and onsite event delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting events onsite including registration and badge printing
- Preparing event technology equipment and documentation
- Assisting with event registration builds and event app setup
- Supporting project planning, timelines, and logistics coordination
- Communicating with clients and suppliers throughout project delivery
- Supporting post-event reporting and internal project reviews
This role includes both office-based coordination and onsite event support.
What we're looking for
Experience
- 1–3 years experience in event coordination, event operations, or project support
- Experience supporting conferences, exhibitions,
or corporate events preferred
- Strong customer service skills
Skills
- Organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable learning and using new hardware and software systems
- Strong attention to detail
Highly regarded
- Experience supporting events onsite
- Experience with event registration systems or event apps
- Exposure to platforms such as EventsAir, Cvent, Entegy, or similar tools
Other requirements
- Willingness to travel for events when required
- Valid driver's licence
