Interacting each day with both internal and external customers, you will be interpreting customer requirements and making sure they get what they need!
What we are looking for is a 'customer centric mentality', a good attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for those you serve every day.
This is a permanent, full-time chance and will be based entirely in person.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries either face-to-face or via phone and email
- Providing product demonstrations within our showroom
- Ensuring service is provided in a timely and high-quality manner
- Make sure both admin and your workplace is tidy and organised.
Our Ideal Candidate will have
- Previous customer service experience (ideally within lifting, rigging, safety and/or industrial sales)
- A collaborative team-first attitude
- Clear and friendly communication manner - both verbal and written
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn
