Wealthlab is seeking a Client Onboarding Coordinator to own the recent client journey from the end of the first meeting to signing the Statement of Advice. You will coordinate onboarding workflows and liaise with advisers and internal teams to progress clients smoothly.
Based in Sydney, you will manage HubSpot records, coordinate meetings, and maintain updates with clients aged 50+. A calm, proactive communicator with 2+ years in financial services and experience with HubSpot and AI tools is ideal.
