Tradewise Group is a fast-growing and well-respected Commercial Plumbing Company based in Kings Park, servicing some of Australia's leading facility managers, commercial property groups, and industrial clients. As we continue to expand our Plumbing Service Division , we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our busy operations team.
At Tradewise, we specialise in a wide range of plumbing services including commercial maintenance, leak detection and rectification, emergency repairs, pump servicing, and minor project works. What sets us apart is our commitment to reliability, responsiveness, and quality workmanship .
We're looking for an Admin Assistant who thrives in a high-paced service setting and is confident handling multiple tasks with a strong focus on customer service and operational support. Previous experience in the plumbing, construction or fire service industry will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the service inbox and distributing emails through to team members.
- Entering job data and uploading reports into client portals.
- Assisting the Account Managers with job processing which includes preparing service reports, raising quotations, converting jobs and invoicing tasks.
- Booking subcontractors and confirming site access requirements.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Experience using job management software such as AroFlo or SimPro (highly desirable).
- Student or Graduate (Business Administration) or previous experience in a field service or trade-based environment preferred.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- High attention to detail and time management skills.
