This is an exciting opportunity to join Rodd & Gunn, a leading premium menswear brand, as the Store Manager for our David Jones Canberra concession. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full time role based in our concession at David Jones Canberra.

What you’ll be doing

- Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ensure the store maintains a high level of visual merchandising and product presentation




- Monitor and analyse store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to support the overall business objectives

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving financial targets
