Woolworths Group is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for Proactive Services across NSW stores. You will lead a team responsible for cleaning, trolley collection and waste support, working alongside colleagues to keep environments hygienic and inviting.
You’ll create rosters, monitor attendance, manage consumables within budget, and partner with Store Leadership to address priorities. This is a physical, full-time role with flexible hours and solid safety standards.
