Tradewind is seeking a Crisis Support Worker in Toowoomba, Queensland to provide end-to-end support for clients engaged through Immediate Housing Response for Families (IHRF). You will deliver holistic case management, advocacy and referrals throughout the client journey from intake to exit.
The role requires a minimum Certificate III in Community Services, ability to work independently and within a team, robust communication, and commitment to the values of the Society; Blue Card is required.
