Screenwise, Australia's leading Film & TV Schools for Actors, is looking for an eager and talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. It is a contractor position for 2-3 days per week with the possibility of an extra day on occasion. The position is based at our studios in Surry Hills, Sydney. The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager of Screenwise but will need to also work independently and be self-motivated. They will liaise with Principal Director, General Manager, and on occasion Trainers, Students and Film Crew, as this position also involves working on-set and industry events.

Key responsibilities

- Write copy for social, email, and web in line with brand tone
- Manage or contribute to social media channels including content planning, posting, and basic community management
- Work to campaign briefs and content calendars
- Perform basic data entry and CRM tasks
- Capture content using mirrorless camera setups in high pace environments
- Apply basic studio lighting techniques
- Use Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and InDesign
- Assist the Marketing Manager with various tasks including capturing footage for information nights, expos, auditions, graduations, and on-location shoots




- Perform data entry and administrative tasks associated with the marketing department

About you

- Confident writing copy for social, email, and web
- Experience managing or contributing to social media channels
- Comfortable working to campaign briefs and content calendars
- Basic data entry and CRM competency
- Videography skills and ability to capture content in high pace environments
- Competent with standard audio recording equipment and basic studio lighting
- Competent in Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and InDesign
- Competent in Canva
- ABN required
