It's a setting where you can build strong relationships, enjoy a varied scope of practice and become a valued part of the local community, while experiencing the lifestyle and character of regional Queensland.Meet the team - Theodore | InstagramAbout the role:Deliver person-centred, evidence-based nursing care within your scope of practice.Support the development and review of individual care plans alongside the RN and patient.Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Midwives and the multidisciplinary team.Build positive therapeutic relationships through strong communication and interpersonal skills.Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that support safe, effective patient care.About you:Hold a Diploma of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualification and current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred clinical care, working with the RN to plan, deliver and evaluate patient care.Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and maintain a safe clinical environment.Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice,
